Your very own training area equipped with every thing you need to train without being crowded or having your physical space invaded. You can choose whether or not you want to share space with a training partner or if you prefer to have your own training space.
9 training sessions a day to choose from accommodates any schedule! (6:15am, 7:15am, 9:15am, 10:15am, 12pm, 4:45pm, 5:45pm, 6pm, 7pm *at the Vaughan facility)

Your personal training station includes: a squat rack, bench, olympic bar, weighted plates, dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, a BOSU, hurdles, medicine balls, stability balls, agility hurdles, and an agility penalty box allowing you to have your very own equipment WITHOUT having to share with other participants.
A training session with O2 Fuel Fitness is just 45 minutes allowing you to fit it into your busy schedule. That means you get faster results and with 9 training sessions a day to choose from you can fit your workout in no matter how busy your lifestyle is.
Your independent training area allows you to freely exercise with the proper physical distancing which means, you need not worry of others invading your private space in the gym.
O2 Fuel sessions are done in a team training format. Meaning there are limited spots in each session which ensures you MORE personal coaching attention so that you get BETTER results!
