Your personal training station includes: a squat rack, bench, olympic bar, weighted plates, dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, a BOSU, hurdles, medicine balls, stability balls, agility hurdles, and an agility penalty box allowing you to have your very own equipment WITHOUT having to share with other participants.
A workout is just 45 minutes allowing you to fit it into your busy schedule which means you get faster results and with 11 training sessions a day to choose from you can fit your workout in no matter how busy your lifestyle is.
Your independent training area allows you to freely exercise with the proper physical distancing which means, you need not worry of others invading your private space in the gym.
